About the event
Stitching Into Stillness is an intimate Soul Medicine Circle for women seeking peace, clarity and a deeper connection to themselves.
This 6-hour immersive gathering is designed to gently regulate the nervous system and create space to listen inward.
We begin with tea and a soft welcome before settling into a short chakra-aligned sound bath to help you tune into your body and notice where your energy may feel blocked or calling for attention.
You will then draw a Feminine Power card and reflect on what is present for you in this season of your life.
From there, you will begin stitching into a prepared Sashiko mandala grid using a beautiful variegated thread woven with the colours of the chakra system, symbolising balance, integration and the remembering that we are whole.
The stitching becomes a moving meditation, a quiet, embodied way to soften, settle and reconnect.
